Question about Apple iPod nano
I have a 2GB memory ipod. However, over 874MB are being used by Other (orange bar on itunes), but I have not enabled any of the other settings. I have over 570MB of free space, and I my Ipod is only letting me use 417MB space for songs (blue bar on itunes) so I only have 104 songs capacity. I don't know how this happened. How can I fix the problem and allow more songs to be downloaded. I used to be able to have the full use of the memory. Help!
A restore should fix the problem first make sure you have the songs copyed to your pc. becouse restore deletes all the files from the ipod
Select your nano from the page and click restore then follow the instructiosn on the page.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
