Hi. Please provide more information about your problem. Generally, if you have 32bit hardware, you need 32bit operating system and software and 64bit hardware needs 64bit operating system and software. You can't change your OS from 32 to 64bit if your computer is 32bit. You can see the information on the General Tab of your My Computer > Properties
Windows Vista, Windows 7, Linux such as Ubuntu has 64bit version.
