According to the Toshiba website, the scsi cd-rom/dvd-rom does not require a driver to operate, but the driver for the scsi controller card it plugs into may need to be reinstalled or updated. Visit the following link, and go to the section labeled scsi cdrom/dvdrom. At the bottom of this section there are two links to websites where you may be able to find the drivers for your scsi controller card.

Is your AVG antivirus software up to date with the latest virus definitions? If it is not, go to the AVG website and update your software, then do a virus scan. (Usually you have to pay for updates, normally on an annual basis). It should detect the trojan and remove it.

Another fix would be to format the hard drive and reinstall the operating system using the onboard cd/dvd rom drive instead of the scsi drive. This, however, can only be done if you have the operating system disks.

If all else fails, try uninstalling the AVG antivrus and installing another type of antivirus with firewall (i.e. McAfee, Norton, etc.). Part of the new installation involves doing a virus scan and removing any malware. If the trojan was able to be installed on your computer then your antivirus software was not doing the job it was intended.

My dvd/cd drive in not reading or working at all.

Try and clean the lens of the drive, test again , If the DVD is spinning and trying to read without success then it is possible that the drive is faulty.
You can recheck using device manager to see the properties of the CD drive , reinstall the driver, if DVD still spins without success then the drive can be the suspect.

I can't play CD/DVD from my laptop. When i opened the device manager, there are 2 drives: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T10N ATA Device and WC6037K IYL929R SCSI CdRom Device. The first device doesn't work when i...

In Laptop obviously there is only one CD/DVD rom drive present.

So first confirm have you got any mark in the device manager entry for WC6037K IYL929R SCSI CdRom Device. If yes then you need to go in the BIOS and detect the Boot priority and enable the CD Rom there.
Check out the event viewer entry if showing any red cross entry related to CD/DVD rom and try to search it out on net.

If the CD/DVD drive is opening or ejecting out then it working and if it is not may be the failure in Drive and need to replace.

Other entry you had mentioned is for RAM (memory)
