Please download this periform ccleaner.
Well, let try this, I don't care whether it's a virus or spyware or malware, but it's clear that rundll cannot be loaded because of nnfj.tgo (strange name). Let's try with the first step.
First of all you need to show all the hidden files including the "system files". The steps are as follows;
Open Windows Explorer, click on the "Tools" > "Folder Options" > "View Tab" > scroll down and select the radio button "show hidden files and folder" > go two steps below and uncheck "hide protected operating system files (recommended)", you may be warned with a message, just click yes and "apply" > "ok">. If you have problem following this, you can refer to my tips posted here with images :
show hidden files and folders
Now install the program that you just downloaded, open and click "run cleaner" (if you are prompted with a warning, just go a head providing positive input). Again click on the "Registry" tab and click "Scan for issues" and after the scan is finished, click "Fix selected issues" (don't keep backup when you are prompted), click "No" again click "Fix all selected issues" then, "close".
Now click on the "Tools" tab again click "Startup", and take a screen shot by pressing the PrintScreen key on your keyboard and sent it to me here, let me check out what are the suspicious programs running on your program.
Good luck.
This is a virus that has been on your machine and is now probably not present. The computer is still trying to load the line that calls it though.
Click start and if you have xp, in the run box type MSCONFIG and hit enter. If you have Vista just type msconfig and hit enter.
Click on the tab that says startup and look for that entry and delete it. Reboot
So are done with this problem yet? You did not say what operating system that you have.
When you click on start and then click on run and type msconfig and hit enter you should come to a box that has several tabs at the top. Click on the one that says STARTUP and look at all the things that are listed there. Look for one that says c:\windows\system32\nnfj Take checkmark out of the box ne xt to it. If it is not present in that group let me know.
That is okay! look for D:\windows\system32\nnfj
Go to here:
http://download.cnet.com/Trend-Micro-Hij...
Download install and run the program that is called hijackthis.
It makes a log file of everything that runs on your computer.
Scan the log or post it here and I will check it. You are looking for lines that say RUN and it will have that line in it. IT will then give you the option to kill it.
out the check mark next to it and select fix checked and then reboot
