Question about Kenmore 63942 Dryer
It does not matter which heat setting I use, there is no heat - the sheets in the dryer are cold and damp.
Bad heating element or thermal coupling. You need to take back of dryer off, unplug first. Then check with a tester all thermal coupling and heating element. You won't know until dryer is troubleshooted.
