Well you have some battery issue, when you plug a laptop to an ac outlet the power that it uses comes from the ac outlet but, when you pull out the plug it automatically switches to battery mode, but unfortunately that doesnt work on your laptop because your batteries might have died, have it replaced with original spare.

My laptop is not powering on help

1.Connect the Ac adapter to a known good power outlet. Check the Power LED indicator on AC adapter (without plugging into the Notebook). We are only checking the power AC adapter to see if that is working.
2.If LED on the AC adapter is not lit (when unplugged from notebook), reseat the AC adapter brick and cable. If still there is no light on AC Adapter replace AC adapter and Power cord.
3.If LED on the AC Adapter goes off only after connecting to Notebook, the issue is with the motherboard. Replace Motherboard, DC-In port (AC adapter connector).
4.If the AC Adapter LED is always ON, take a technician's help and reseat the Power Button Board. You can refer to the Service Manual for details on how to reseat the Power Button Board. (NOTE: Before the notebook chassis is opened ensure all the power connections including battery and external devices are disconnected)

Please 1. unplug the ac adapter, detach the main battery, press the power button for 15 seconds, plug in the ac adapter, and restart your laptop. If the problem persist: 2.unplug the ac adapter, detach the main battery, press the power button for 15 seconds, take out the hard drive, plug in the ac adapter, and restart your laptop. If the problem persist, then it means that the laptop motherboard is dying. Please read your laptop's service manual before you open the laptop's case/body.

Nc6000 multibay battery does not recharge

Perhaps remove the multi-bay battery, and let main battery charge all the way. Then reattach multi-bay battery, and see if it's recognized.
(Will charge)

That is AC adapter (Charger) removed, then remove multi-bay battery.
Plug AC adapter back into laptop, THEN plug AC adapter into power.

[You do Not want to unplug an AC adapter from a laptop, with the AC adapter plugged into power. Could be a power surge/voltage spike. Unplug AC adapter from power, when plugging into laptop, or unplugging from laptop ]

Main battery charged, unplug power to AC adapter, unplug AC adapter from laptop. Plug multi-bay battery in, then AC adapter.
(Then plug AC adapter into power)

Post back in a Comment.

The AC adapter is the cord that plugs into the wall socket and connects to the camera to provide constant, uninterupted power.

My nintendo has no power going to it even tho the a/c adapter is hooked up

You'll need to unplug the AC adapter from the wall outlet and leave in unplugged for 5- or 10 minutes or so. Unplugging it from the Wii does no good.

This is a common problem with the Wii. As I said, I'm very surpised Nintnedo didn't cover this in the owners manual FAQ, considering it happens almost every time there is a power surge or the power goes out, etc.

Even if it's hooked upto a surge protector, this happens. Power comes back on, but the Wii appears dead. It won't turn on, and the LED indicators won't light. If there was a power surge, or the power went out,etc...anything, this will happen. The problem is with the AC adapter, not the Wii itself.

There is no need to buy a new one or a AC adapter. Resetting it should work. There is a circuit inside the AC adapter that needs to be reset. Unplug the AC adapter from the wall/surge protector outlet. Don't unlpug it from the Wii, it has to be at the outlet. You have to kill power to the adapter.

Unlpug it from the wall/surge protector outlet, and leave it unplugged for 5 or 10minutes. This will kill power to the AC adapter, and give the circuit time to reset. When you plug the adapter back into the outlet after 10 minutes, the red led on the front should be lit up.

Everything is plugged in, and it wont turn on

It seems even 5th or 6th problem is this. The AC adapter needs to be reset. Unplug it from the wall outlet for 5 to 10 minutes (NOT from the Wii, it HAS to be from the wall outlet).

Considering how often I see this problem, I'm amazed Nintendo didn't address it in their FAQ on the Wii.

Travelmate only powers up with battery inserted. But AC still charges battery. Orange light goes on and of

Sorry to tell you this but you may have a problem with the charging system. That will require you to return it to Acer or an Acer service center. You can also try this. I got this from Acers' travelmate support website:

If the notebook does not power on:

Make sure the ac adapter is correctly plugged into the notebook and into the power cord.

If everything is plugged in correctly and it still will not power on, follow these steps to complete a ‘power reset' of the notebook.
  1. Unplug the ac adapter. Keep ac adapter unplugged.
  2. Remove the battery and keep the battery unplugged.
  3. Hold the power button down for 15-20 seconds. (Nothing will appear on the display and none of the lights will light up.)
  4. Release the power button and plug in the ac adapter ONLY. (Please note that a power indicator light should be lit on the ac adapter when it is plugged in).
  5. Normally power on the notebook.
  6. If the unit does not power on, remove the ac adapter and insert the battery into the system.
  7. Plug the ac adapter back into the system, the battery charging indicator light will light up.
If the battery charging indicator light does not light up, the ac adapter may not be providing proper power to the unit, and may need to be replaced.
You can aslo google your specific model of Travelmate to see if others are having this issue.

NO POWER AT ALL

Remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter. With the AC adapter unplugged from the system, plug it into the wall, see if the power LED comes on. If it does, plug it into the system and see if it goes out. If the LED never comes on, or goes out when connected to the system, replace the AC adapter.

If the LED stays one, see if the system will power on and give any indications of power at all (Flashing Caps Lock, Scrool Lock, Num Lock LEDs) If no power indication with a good ac adapter connected, then the motherboard is the next item to replace.

Either item listed above can prevent the battery from charging. So the battery is the last item I'd replace unless the system turns on with the battery out of the system.
