You need to use lock nut bolt and screws so it doesnt looseing by its self.

to get a new one would require a new fill valve for your toilet, or a local plumber might have one rolling around on his truck.

try a paper clip, one thats a little bigger than the tube. slide it onto the tube, then clip it onto the fill tube like you would a piece of paper, this works in most cases.

Martin, Jacuzzi has a one year warranty on toilet seats so if you have defective seats and they were purchased less than a year it is covered you will have to find a dealer near you, I provided a link for you to accomplish this. How is the seat attached? There should be two plastic screws with a nut on the underside which can be tightened these tend to loosen and nee re-tightening every so often. I hope this has helped.
