DMR-E85H is a DVD-HD combination record unit. The unit has worked great for a couple of years, mostly recording to the hard drive. Suddenly displays PLEASE WAIT and will not respond to any control. I tried the recommended reset of unplugging power and waiting 1 minute. I tried unplugging power and waiting overnight. I tried holding down the power button for 10 seconds. Any thoughts?
