There would be one bolt under your sit. Just unscrew it (It might be very tighteen so oil it and then unscrew.) After that you can now remove your sit. The reverse procedure would be of installing it.

Just purchased a Ladies Schwinn "Sanctuaray" crauiser (I think It's a cruiser). Can't lower the seat. HELP!!!

Seats only go so low. Had you purchased the bike at a real Bicylce Shop they would have fitted it to you before sending you home with it.

Web search "adjust bicycle seat"

General bicycle manuals are usually available at the makers' websites. Hint: schwinnbikes.com

Web searches reveal many answers immediately.

I need a diagram on how to install/assemble my seat

You COULD look in the lame manual provided by Schwinn at http://www.schwinnbikes.com/support/owners-manuals, which you should own anyway as it may answer some future questions, or you COULD jump on a search engine with "assemble bicycle saddle" and find instant video help.

Schwinn seat bag....how to install A picture of correct installation would be helpful as straps don't seem to go anywhere

The bags are slightly different but the pictures should give you the idea.

http://www.cambridgebicycle.com/design/accessories.htm

http://triathlons.thefuntimesguide.com/2009/03/cycling_gear.php with a blowup.

The straps loop over the seat rails then rejoin under the bag; the front loops go around the seatpost.

Search engines find everything.
