Pretty strange. Try the following one by one.
1. Remove Battery and try turning it on with only the charger.
2. Remove, Clean and re insert RAM modules.
3. Remove hard drive and try turning it on. Re insert later.
4. If you are able to dismantle your laptop. Try removing the battery which powers the BIOS so that it Resets.
If all of this doesnt help then you need to contact Acer service center.
