I have a Konica Minolta C6500 and I have error code C4717 what can be done

Index sensor output does not
change by the execution of
APC. Index sensor cannot
detect the laser because the
polygon mirror does not rotate,
or because of the index sensor
out of position or defective index sensor

Basically the (Black print head/LASER UNIT/Write Unit) for Black drum is causing problems internally. Inside the unit the Index sensor output does not change by the execution of APC. Index sensor cannot detect the laser because the polygon mirror does not rotate, or because of the index sensor out of position or defective index sensor. Or one of the many control boards is causing issues with Black Laser Unit, such as:

Printer control board (PRCB)
Image processing board
(IPB)
I/F board (IFB)
Image memory control board
(IMCB)
Serious Cost for these boards, recommend a Konica Minolta Tech check this out. Sorry

How can i fix konica minolta bizhub c6500 error code c-2804

WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT PLACE ANY PRESSURE ON THE FOUR LARGE SHAFTS THE TURN THE DRUMS

Pull out the Drum and Transfer belt section. then from the right side gently clean the three sensors that site across from the belt. all three have metal covers BE CAREFUL they also have tiny springs don't lose them. Just lift them and clean the sensors with a dry rag. AGAIN do not touch those large shafts. if the cleaning them does not work remove the assy. two screws one connector. Don't lose the screws. Also clean out the Transfer belts cleaning blade unit remove hard toner remove the assy. and disassamble. Then run the gamma procedure in 36 mode.

What is Konica C6500 bizhub PGC sensor?

OK you going to open front door pull out mid section not where the paper is but where the drums and transfer belt are located. Once out go the right and look in DO NOT PUT ANY WEIGHT WHAT SO EVER ON ANY OF THE FOUR SHAFTS you will do some SERIOUS Damage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So looking in there to the left you will see a assy. that is high up even with belt on the other side. That assy. as Three sensors one is your PGC two of thee sensor are in the front one sensor is in the back be care each has small spring that is used to pull the shutter down after the solenoid fires behind that assy. recommended that all three sensors be cleaned they get covered with toner from the belt cleaning assy. That hole assy. can come out to screws in the rear and one connector use a magnetic screwdriver and ensure power is off AGAIN NO PRESSURE ON THE DRUM SHAFTS!

If not that switch drums, then switch sensor all the same, last control board $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Error code C-2704 mean on C6500 Bizhub Pro

Abnormality in the black charging unit.
Possible causes:
Black charging unit
HV Unit
Print Control Board

My best guess is that you have a faulty charge unit. Try swapping the units around with another colour and see if the fault code shifts.
