Question about Haier ESA3087 Thru-Wall/Window Air Conditioner
Window unit. Power surge occured this am. Panel will not work, no lights. Temp remains on 88, this shows, but cannot adjust. Have tried re-setting on plug. Fan works, no cool air.
The control board blew. You will need to replace the control board on your unit and everything will work correctly again. When a power surge happens it will blow the weakest link, and if your system is not on a protected outlet then the weakest link is your control board.
