Question about Epson TM U325PD Matrix Label Printer
SOMETIMES IT PRINTS WITHOUT PROBLEM, BUT OTHERS WE CAN´T PRINT. WE USE OKI MICROLINE 320 TURBO PRINTER, A HPLASERJET 1018 PRINTER AND THE EPSON U325PD ONLY THE OKI AND EPSON USE PARALLEL PORT I USE A DATA SWITCH TO SELECT THE PRINTER BUT REALLY I DON´T KNOW IF IT´S THE SOFTWARE IM USING OR THE PRINTER . HELP ME PLEASE

The types of printers that you have actually should be assigned to a free port, you cant setup 2 printers on the same port. check at the back of the printer the physical attachment of two printers the OKI and the Epson, if Oki is set to lpt1 then assign port from printer properties for oki to lpt1, and lpt2 on epson. 1 printer- 1 port, so by then check if the box for enable bidirectional support is check, remove the check mark from the box by clicking on it then hit apply then try printing a test page then try printing from application.
