Question about Hoover F5906-900 Upright Steam Vacuum
The brushes do not rotate. It is not the filter.
When the brushes stop spinning, this indicates either that your spin scrub brushes are dirty and need cleaning, or that the internal turbine assembly has gone bad. Unfortunately this problem is widespread on Hoover SteamVac's.
