You can try copy/paste. Copy the link and paste it into the browser address box, there might be browser related problem or maybe browser settings. If not try again and follow the same procedure once again. You can try it on another browser, suppose if you are using Internet Explorer, then try it on googechrome or firefox or opera.. etc.. Good luck Thanks for using Fixya.

    Cant sign into my hotmail

You can use the use password hint to help jog the noggin in to remembering or if you have your email linked to another email site such as gmail you can request a password reset to be sent to a linked account this is also possible if you have your mobile phone linked to your account as your can have the temporary password sent straight to your phone this only if email service provider has these features in place I would assume so as Yahoo mail and gmail do. If you have entered your password many times using different password combinations to find the right one you may find your email account restricted until you go through the steps to confirm it was you and you genuinely forgot your password, which is 1 the password reset they issue you and for you to confirm by entering a valid secondary email address to send the confirmation email to easy peasy. I hope this helps.

    I forgot my yahoo password

My recommendation would be to contact Yahoo! Customer Care and advise of the situation.

You may be asked some security questions to provide your identity and if validated will send you a link to reset your password.

    Good Luck!

My mom's account was hacked into and now she has lost her facebook account. It is completely gone! She is so sad because of all the ancestry info and pictures she posted on it. How do we get it back?...

If you contacted FB and they were unwilling to help, and you cannot recover the account using the normal password recovery tools, there is no way, unless you can guess the password of the hacker.
What do you mean that contact them doesnt seem to help? What was their response?
