Question about Nokia 2600
Please take it apart using six sided (small for nokia mobiles) screwdriver, remove the cabinet and Switch it on whether the same problem persists or not. If the problems still persists, the you can check the keypad with the number 6. It must be stuck, you can remove the tape which is covers the keypads, and check it. To find the key no. 6, refer to the keypad and take action with the corresponding key. Do whatever is needed like cleaning, removing etc.. and again switch on before you close (fit) the cabinet. If it's ok, you can fix the screws and the cabinet (housing/case). If there's is nothing wrong with the key, then there're must be internal problem. You better go to a mobile repairing shop and get it repaired. In case the problem goes away, then replace your cabinet. It's the problem with your case, perhaps it might have been broken somewhere. Good luck. Thanks for using FixYa.
