You can only install it so many times before it will no longer activate. Call Microsoft and ask them to give you another activation assuming you are not using your allowed installs elsewhere.

Yes but is it a valid product key, thats the issue. If you downloaded a full version from MS . i am willing to bet you didnt select student edition it is differant, uninstall and reinstall
