cause of the fault sometimes is in the charger it might not compatible with your phone try to use another charger, if the fault remain, refer it to service personel, I suggest it is the charging pin problem try to replace it, or maybe in battery terminal should fix the contact to battery.

Is that a brand new phone or not? if not, u might have the low grade battery...specially reconditioned phones. An original battery won't heat to the extent that u'll complain about it.
Second reason is the retailer where you bought your phone from. they should be registered N70 phone retailers.or else, u can't be sure that they provided u the original one and not the look alike only. Some of those low quality phones are china phones. I hope i had help u with u'r problem.

Here is a generic solution for all mobilephones!
This problem could be caused by either battery, charger or firmware failure. you can try the following to secure which!
-Try your mobilephone with another charger or connect it to a PC using a USB cable
> if ok? the problem is your charger!
-Try your mobilephone with another battery
> if ok? the problem is your the battery!
-Try your battery and charger on another phone
> if ok? the problem is your mobilephone/firmware :(
If you dont have access to other phone, battery, charger or USB-cable you can at least try the steps below:
1. Turn off your mobilephone
2. Take out your battery, Sim-card and memmory-card
3. Connect your charger
4. Put the battery in
5. Turn on the phone
If it doesn't help, with a little luck! you should get a USB-cable, back yor phone up and reset it to factory default and upgrade your firmware/software on the phone to the latest version!
OBS! You should only do it with a fully charged battery! or you could damage your phone irreversibly!!!

This type of problem occurs when the battery is too old or had been overcharged. Due to this the battery becomes a bit bulgy. Now you are required to get a new battery to solve your problem
