there are so many ways by which you can achieve this. You can connect a cable from your phone to your computer, then transfer the pictures or transfer the picture to your computer via bluetooth.
If your computer does not have a bluetooth, connect an external usb bluetooth to your computer, then transfer it or transfer the picture from your phone to a computer that has bluetooth, copy it into a flash drive, then copy it into your computer.\
