I have 2 Ionic Breeze GP units with 8 year warranty, where do I get warranty work done. They are both not working. I have paper work for warranty. Can you help. pthomasson@hotmail.com

MIDI Ionic Breeze quit working


Unit seems to need reset...To do this simply, with unit still plugged in, set to off by selecting on button until there are no high, med, or low lights on. unplug unit from wall for about 15 seconds then plug back into wall socket and select your favorite setting high, med. or low. The order in which you perform this task must be as stated above and the unit must be clean and the door and cleaning rod must be in home position. Hope this helps, mines working fine now but took a couple tries to find right order to reset.

I have an ionic breeze quadra aironly one of the blades works the other two are clean when I pull out the baldes to clean them


He gave me a lot of information about cleaning,Which I already have and have done, but did not answer my question about the replacement blades.

Ionice breeze - no power, dead.

Sharper Image Design Ionic Breeze GP Professional Series Mod 1861


My professional series Ionic breeze GP blows out what seems to be clean air but the purple lights inside it are no longer working. Can anyone tell me where I can find replacement bulbs or just what I need to do to get it working again. I got it as a gift 4 or so years ago. The gift giver says there was a 5 year warranty on it but I am not sure. Any advice would be helpful.

Sharper Image models are no longer supported because they have been recalled since they were proven to be ineffective.

Flashing lights on Model 1871


I wonder how many others are having this problem? It sounds like the wiring "went out" about the same time on all of these. Strange how it went bad just after the warranty ran out too. Something is fishy here. Planned obselescence? Anyone know a good attorney. Sounds like a good class action suit. I have two units. Bought them at the same time and both started flashing at the same time.
