There is also a modem driver but I have not looked for it hard enough cause I don't use the modem anymore. I connect to the internet via DSL, however some people still use the modem to connect to the internet or to send and receive faxes on their PC's. Hope this helps.

Download the g33/g31 chipset and a realtech audio driver, solved my sound issue downgrading from vista with the same machine.
Most computers that are preloaded with Vista, unfortunately, are not compatable with XP. The only thing I can help you with is to buy a PCI expansion card for your ethernet port and a soundcard for your sound. This should get you going basic and be able to check for drivers for your other hardware at windows update or the factory website.
