Probably not. did you just move in? have you always had it upstairs? the only way to make it so your house does not shake is to reinforce the floor.

Might be a simple fix. First, make sure your machine is sitting level (or pretty close to level) on the floor. Next, using a Torx bit (probably, that's what my 9250 had), unscrew the screws holding on the front access panel. When you look inside, you'll notice several shocks (usually 4) that stabilize the drum as it turns and spins. Make sure they are all intact and mounted to the drum (they have a tendancy, especially after having been run in an excessively vibrating state, to dismount from the drum). If the mounting pin is intact, stretch the shock to reinsert it into the slot on the bracket mounted to the drum, and turn to lock it into place. If the mounting pin is broken, you'll need to order another (probably the entire shock, actually) to repair it. Also, be sure that you are not overstuffing your washer, as overloading will also cause excessive vibration. Hope this helps!

Washing machine vibrating when spinning

you need to level the machine and then run the jamb nuts located between the feet and base of the machine tight against the bottom of the unit or they will turn and un-level the machine when you use it

How to keep the floor from vibrating while in spin cycle

Most likely cause of vibration is that the washer isn't leveled. Use a torpedo or carpenters level and adjust the support feet on the washer to get it level. If it still makes the floor vibrate, you may have a soft floor. You could then try putting a piece of 3/4 plywood under the washer to help support the weight.

At Lowes you can purchase foam rubber pads 4"X5" pack of two for $3.50. If walking forward and after cecking level and washer pads are tight, place half of one pad under each of the two front feet. Place the sticky side against washer feet. Solved my problem.
