OK ..here is the deal..
If you forgot the password and the user for to log into settings for the router ..by typeing the IP address into the browser..the only thing that you have to do is to reset it ..and will be on factory settings again ...
factory settings are ..Ip 192.168.1.1
user- admin
password-admin
it may be a different ip address though ..it is written on its back ....
To reset see that it has on side a litthe hole ..that says reset ..you have to power it up..disconect from the computer and internet ..and with the router powered..you have to insert a ball point pen in that hole and press and keep it pressed (not to hard ) for 30 seconds...
after that shut down replug and try to use admin for both cases to get into settings ..if it do not works try again untill you reset it ...THis is the factory procedure from the manual and it working all the time ...only you have to be patient if you do not get it from the frst time ..maybe the button inside do not work
after that will inser the http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar and enter ..
will show the user and password cases..write the words admin ..and admin for both and log in ..

same thing here detailed...and have some choices for different factory log..the reset is done the same for all ..but some has the default log in different way ad mim admin....or both empty
or the user empty or admin in password..
or user admin ..and password 1234
try admin ...admin cause is the most used one in manufacturer's setting ..but only after reset ...
