You can but it dosen't pay unless you can do it yourself. They wanted $400 plus labor for my hp. 17 inch, if you decide you want to give it a go Figure on 150-250 for the lcd itself, get back to me and I will go through the steps. Usually unless it's a high end unit it's a matter how much it's worth to you. If it's new and expensive then do it
