I would suggest you go into the bios settings and see if the onboard sound is on or off, since the realtek sound system if memory serves me correct is in fact the onboard sound system, which will do for most common things but you will never get a high fidelity sound out of it.

Camera and video are not displaying when i intalled windows7 ultimate and 8 enterprise

This sounds like a driver issue. You could try checking the maker's website to check if they have any updated drivers and installing them. If that doesn't work then try uninstalling the card from device manager and doing a restart. Windows should recognize the card and reinstall. It should ask if you have a disc and if you do then try using the drivers that are on the disc. The last thing you could do if these two suggestions don't work is to disable the onboard sound card (if there is one) by turning it off from the BIOS settings. Sometimes two sound devices can conflict.

My lg laptop is not sounding out, and it shows sound device not detected

Isaac, their are so many reasons why the speakers wont sound. since its showing sound device not detected, it is possible that the for your audio device is not installed. if you use a windows7 operating system, on the start search type device manager when it comes out , click on it. go down to audio rightclick and select update drivers. if searches and didnt find it, then insert the driver disc your system came with. this should do it.

another reason why the speakers wont sound is if their is a hardware faliure. in this case all you have to do is see a technician or a computer engineer.

am sure this will do.

if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
you might have to uninstall then restart your computer then reinstall both the sound drivers and the sound card make sure you have both of these devices backed up to a disc before uninstalling
a yellow? question mark means you need to install/update driver to do this
right click to install driver also
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound, video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers
click start control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers make sure you have selected the
(((appropriate speakers))) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have the correct settings there
click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar
if his does not fix the problem

have you tried this control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand, system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable) also you might check
the speakers plug/outlet is usually at the back of the computer you will have to open up the computer to check the lead attached to the rear of the input plug make sure the connection is good
try cleaning your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure that there is no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the sound card and the CPU central processing unit dust causes static to build up in a computer

Try to identify your audio hardware and go to their website to download compatible driver for your audio device. For example you have a Realtek Audio device, go to and look for the drivers for your device.

Most computer companies uses Realtek Audio Device that's why I set it as an example.. husssh... Enjoy!
