Question about Washing Machines
Cycle stops, ordered replacement timer assy, does not look the same...need to know if my bought timer is the right one, then need to know how to get the front knob off the timer unit to get to the mounting screws?
My existing unit mounts with two screws on a 45 deg angle the replacement unit sold to me by Maytag local store would mount with screws in a different angle which would throw the timer unit at a 45 deg angle and may interfer with the opening?
Lindsay in TN. (email: email@example.com)
Wrong part sold to you most electrial parts are non returnable, BE Sure to take the model and serial number off the unit when you go back, if they goofed then they have to eat the wrong part
