Question about Samsung SGH-L700 Cell Phone
Hello, I have two cell phones with BELL MOBILITY for years and had a lot of problems with them, but they are always right and the clients always wrong, no matter what! They will promises the best plan that beat all other providers...To cut that short, I went thru with them for the best plan, we agreed and I signed for 3 years contract, on feb 2009. Couples of days after I signed, I called and check with them my plan, they removed options and when I asked why and without letting me know, she said ''I am sorry, the person make a mistake, we can't give you that plan'' I said, ok, cancelled my contract! She said, to break the contract, it will cost you $1000. I said, why, you are the one who broke the plan, not me! She said, I am sorry, she did a mistake...I was away for 5 months and 1/2 (in Whistler, BC, from 15 oct 2009 to 26 march 2010) my cell service was so bad, have difficulty to connect most of time...I tried to contact them several time, but the connection always failed, my wife call them about 6 times, they told her to tell me to call them??? I ask for a compensation..they said I am sorry but I can't. I cancel my cell, it cost me $410. I ask to low down the amount, she said, I am sorry but I can't you break the contract...I said, you are the one who broke it first. She said, well, you should discussed that in that time with that representative, I said, I did so...but replied like you, ''I am sorry for her mistake''...You don't win with them, you are right, for them you are wrong...Think twice before signing with Bell...they work for Bell, not the client!..
