Have a DVP3345V/17...DVD-VCR player But

Have a DVP3345V/17...DVD-VCR player But can not make it work..Tryed all the things in the book But can not get the menu to come up on the tv screen. tryed it on 3 t.v.s ,Went to page 20 of the Manual and tryed to get vcr then setup to bring up a menu but no luck. need help? rplock@nctc.net
