Question about Samsung WF337AA Front Load Washer
When I manually turn the drum in the front loading washer, I can hear water in there. It must be somewhere that is not draining as it smells like stagnant water, and leaves the clothes smelling if you do not take them out of the machine right away. Is there some place water could have spilt over? and if so how do you get it out
The machine will always leave about 3 cup fulls of water in the bottom but usually you cant see it inside the metal drum. It's possible that the pump is restricted & not flowing out properly, there should be whats cauld a button trap,a little flap door at the lower front of the machine that should be opened & cleaned regularly.Alternatively water might be sigphoning back thru the drain hose into the machine.I hope this was helpfull.
