SOURCE: Why is my fridge buzzing?

The compressor is trying to start. The overload kicks out and then it takes 10 min or so for it to cool enough to try starting again. It could be a bad start relay or a broken compressor.

A belle cement mixer, wont stay on when start button is pushed, changed switch ,still the same?

Sometimes the most simplest of fixes is verifying that you have voltage at your outlet and that you have voltage getting to the motor.

Check the motor's overload button; reset if necessary.
Take resistance readings:
  • start capacitor
  • run capacitor
  • and motor

If anyone of their specs are out of whack, that's the component that is defective and will need to be replaced.

Left my honda petrol cement mixer upside down and now it won't start. How to I get it to work again?

There is probably oil in the cylinder. Remove spark plug drain oil and fuel and get carb cleaner spray in to cylinder wait five mins and empty out. Refill crank case with oil and clean spark plug. Fill gas tank note it might smoke for about 10 to 15 mins as it burns off remaining oil.

Why does the motor cut out after 4 mins. running, and overheats?

Is the air way clear? It is not likely to be the brushes, possibly a dry gear box?

Loud buzz when starting, then shutting down after 10 min.

Yes, this sounds like the motor cutting out on thermal lockout.
