Question about Motorola Mobility CLIQ Cell Phone
You certainly have water damage.
I would take off the back cover and battery off to start and even set it on top of a small bed of DRY rice.
you can try plugging it up while it's air drying (for several days WITHOUT battery) but i would just leave it alone and fight the urge to use it.
granted this should be done right away. Wife and I have both had unfortunate circumstances and the phones always worked after if we were careful
some places also sell some kits that are filled with those silica beads that come in some foods, etc that say do not eat. they absorb moisture (like the rice trick).
good luck - hope it helps
*note: this is not guaranteed to work and I do not warrant this but it has worked for many people
