Question about Apple iPod nano 3rd Generation
I need a walkthrough guide starting from the license aggreement on the first time using it
All iPods require that you use iTunes to manage firmware and load songs for playback. You cannot use an ipods mass storage area to load and play songs. You can load them, but you can't play them.
iTunes is free for both Mac and PC at www.apple.com
This will also walk you through the setup and start guide for your iPod.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
