Question about Kidde Carbon Monoxide (KNCOBB) and Smoke Alarm (0916) Value Pack
Carbon monoxide detector beeps once every 30 seconds, tried new batteries and it still does it. Tried blowing out dust and it still does it.
You don't mention how old the detector is. If it is more than 5 years old the detector may be beeping to indicate the end of its service life. A smoke detector can last much longer but carbon monoxide detectors have a limited life span. If putting in new batteries doesn't fix the problem then most likely you will need to replace it.
