Hello,
Try to get your ram tested, more than likely they are the problem. If not, then worse scenario, it could be your hard drive.
You will need to get it tested as well.

Thanks,
Lolita

Memory

Hello Mclauwers,
0x00000000 mean "Divide by zero error"
Divide by zero error A divide by zero is caused when a DIV instruction is executed and the divisor is 0. Memory corruption (or other hardware problems) or software failures can cause this.

To resolve this issue, use the appropriate method:
  • If either software or hardware can cause a particular trap, a debug is required to determine which is the cause. If you suspect a hardware problem, try the following hardware troubleshooting steps:
    1. Test the RAM in the computer by running the diagnostic software that is provided by the computer manufacturer. Replace any RAM that is reported as bad. Also, make sure that all the RAM in the computer is the same speed.
    2. Try removing or swapping out controllers, cards, or other peripherals.
    3. Try a different motherboard on the computer.
  • If you are over clocking the speed of your processor, set it back to the speed at which it is designed to run.
  • Check with the hardware vendor for any updated hardware drivers or BIOS updates, or both.
For more information on processor faults, consult an Intel processor reference manual.

Also use a system utility tool like RegInOut to fix registry & different operating system errors.

Hello there,
First things firsk friend.
1)Did you ever change your RAMs? if so, take it out and just put one to work.
2) If you do a backup OS system before using your laptop? if not you have to reinstall all, from recovery partition at this point.
3) Use default BIOS settings.

What does this error message on my Pc mean the instruction at 0x7c9101b3 referenced memory at 0x0347812a the memory could not be wriitten

This is possibly a problem with your memory inside your computer. Open up that PC, make sure you are "grounded/earthed", and remove the memory-sticks. clean the contacts with an eraser and blow away the remnants. Reinsert the memory. Restart PC.

Instruction cannot be read errors can be caused by bad memory, faulty CPU, bad drivers, hardware conflicts, crappy programming, and fluke luck (to name a few causes.)

If this error message is really bothering you, you could try to re-install windows.

"0x71ab6a55" reference memory 0x71ab6a55 couldn't be written, Error comes during using internet explorer. If I press, ok" then the explorer window get closed & other applications are not working...

Run a SCANDISK on the hard drive. That is referencing a drive sector, so by running a scandisk it will attempt to solve the errors and block the sector from being used.

Scandisk can be found by right-clicking the C: drive in MY COMPUTER then choosing TOOLS. Checkthe drive for errors. When you ge the YES/NO option box to run it when you reboot tell it YES and then reboot the PC.

Sounds like you have a bad memory module. Test them one by one to discover the faulty one.

Restoring Dell computer

The best thing for you to do is to recover your computer back to the way it wasy when you purchased it. Warning, you will lose all data you have on your computer so you need to make sure you have a backup. You need to boot off of the operating system cd that came with your Dell. Once that's loaded, then you need to run the cd that says applications and drivers, and follow the instructions for your computer that comes onscreen.
