Have the cord but can't get the old one off. Thought allen wrench would do the trick but guess not.
If it looks like a allen and and you cant get it ... be aware allen comes in both metric and standard ... you may be looking at a Torx which is a different animal all together.
Take your Iron to the hardware store and match it up to the proper tool for best results.
