B&K does not supply install instructions with their faucets. A single basin faucet (****) is fairly straight forward. Ideally you will not use all the parts supplied by an import brand faucet. With plumbers putty, (feels like Silly Putty or Play-Do) work it into a worm looking rope about 1/8" in diameter and lay around the edge of the hole where the faucet goes and join the ends. Insert faucet into mounting hole and hold ti approximate final position. On the underside of the sink, first install the rippily flat washer (rosette washer) then the larger 6-sided flat washer (which is actuall a large flat nut) and tighten using a basin wrench. You should reconnect the water supply line to the faucet before the faucet is tight to the sink and make sure the opposite ent is free to turn. If the sink is still hanging on the wall you will need to have someone hold the faucet while you perform this procedure. I recall B&K supplies a flat rubber washer to go between the faucet and the sink but I personally think it's tacky looking.

Do not know what seris of Moen facet I have. The house was built in 1984. I have got water lines off underneath but can not get faucet it self off. Took out the screw and the ring screw and base ring screw...

If it is a single hole faucet, there should be a single nut on the threaded brass piece underneath the sink. You may need a basin wrench to get access to it if you cannot get to it with an adjustable jaw wrench. This nut normally clamps against a U shaped washer that is against the underside of the sink.

I just installed abrand new single handle delta shower faucet and the water does not get hot enough.

Many single-handle shower mixers have a hot limit, usually limiting the throw of the handle. You could go to the mfg's website ( & find instructions for adjusting it. Or, if you're handy, you could take off the handle & have a look; it shouldn't be too hard to see what's stopping the handle from turning more towards the hot side. Make changes in small increments & remember where you started.

We have a single handle Moen kitchen faucet with the built in sprayer in the faucet. No hot water will come out and no water pressure in the hot position. Any ideas?

Check the cutoff valve under the sink to be sure it's fully on. If it is then the cartridge in the faucet may need to be cleaned or replaced.

I have a delta single handle kitchen faucet. It has shifted and is not centered. It is hard to move the handle to the left for hot water. How do I center it and tighten it back?

Loosen the retaining nut holding the faucet to the underside of the countertop/sink. Use a deep socket or basin wrench (
Straighten out the faucet and have someone hold it straight
while you tighten the retaining nut.

This problem may be a sign that the faucet needs some maintenance. You may want to read this as well:
