Question about Refrigerators
Thanks for contacting Fixya.com
Well you need to folliow the steps mentioned bellow to troubleshoot the issue.Remove the plastic panel over the coils in the back of the freezer and melt it out with a hair dryer or hot water .
Remove the back inside panel, find the ice plug melt it out with hot water from a baster, verify that the drain was clear, reassemble in reverse order. The issue will get resolved with no water since. By the way the drip tray might be completely full of ice - right after a defrost cycle had completed .
Let us know if you have something more to know else please accept the suggestion.
