Question about Poulan Pro Chain Saw 46cc 20"
Remove the spark plug and retry pulling the engine through. If it spits out a fair quantity of liquid fuel, you have a flooding condition in the carburetor--usually a defective lower chamber diaphragm. If it still wont turn, then suspect that the engine has been run on straight gasoline without admixed oil--bad news!!. If this is so, it will have ruined the cylinder, piston, and ring(s) at a minimum. Compare labor and new parts against another comparable saw. Hope this helps and good luck!
