The ViviCam 8025 was designed primarily as a still camera. It does not record any sound in its video mode. You can add a soundtrack using video-editing software on a computer, but you cannot record one on the 8025.
That probably wasn't the answer you wanted to see, but there it is.
Unfortunately that's the way it is. The ViviCam does not record sound. It's basically a still camera with a little video capability grafted on. It's not a camcorder.
One of my cameras is a Vivitar and it records the sound but it doesn't have a speaker for playback and yours is about the fifth question I've seen on here about Vivitar cameras. I'm starting to believe that none of them have a speaker. Download the clip, the sound should be there.
