Hi aliciaa

I think you just need the installation or setup instructions for your printer. I suspect something is simply unplugged or similar.

HERE you will find Dell's manual for their Photo AIO (All In One) 725 personal inkjet printer.

HERE you will find Dell's page for trouble-shooting problems related to your printer.

HERE you will find all the drivers and downloads related to your printer on Dell's web site.

Make sure that there is a cable going from your printer and plugged into your computer. Make sure the cable is fully "seated" (plugged in completely) on both ends (at the printer and at the computer.)

One other cable should be coming from the printer. That cable will be A/C power cable. Make sure it, too, is seated properly (fully plugged in) at the printer and at the A/C outlet you are using for it.

If the power cord is in two parts (one w/ a "block" on it), make sure that the two segments are joined together completely. The segment of cord w/out the block on it will plug into the "block". Make sure it is seated in properly as well.)

Finally, make sure that the outlet that you have the printer plugged into is working. (Plug a lamp or something similar into that same outlet and confirm that you are able to turn on the lamp.)

I change the ink jet on my dell 725 printer, and the printing is so faint.

Are you using Dell Series 6 ink cartridges?

Unplug the printer from the wall. Now remove the power brick from the back of the printer for 60 seconds. This will reset any error messages the printer has.

Plug everything back in and power on the printer. Now remove the Dell Series 6 Color cartridge. Make sure the tape is off the cartridge and reseat the cartridge. Then close the printer and it will print an alignment page. Any error messages?

Dell Series 6 ink cartridges have a sensor in them that cannot be reset. Article on refilling Dell ink cartridges

Dell Series 6 ink cartridges can be purchased at Staples, Walmart or Dell's Website.

It is possible the cartridge has a bad sensor. Try taking it back to the place of purchase for a replacement.

My printer which is a dell 968 is hooked up to my dell computer and was working fine for awhile. Then all of a sudden it wont print antything. We even bought a new usb Cable...unhooked it and hooked it up...

Yes it does sound like a computer problem, your usb controllers are malfunctioning. Try reinstalling your motherboard chipset driver and see if it resolves the issue. And let me know if u need more help.

I dont know where the Dell 725 Printer Power Cord goes into the tower Which outlet on the tower

The Dell 725 printer power cord does NOT plug in to the tower. The Video Cable, on the other hand, plugs in to the tower's video output. Look for a connector like the one from the printer (often USB these days) to plug it in to the computer. There was a diagram that came with the computer that showed how to do all the connections, and the Power Cord does NOT plug in to the tower. USB connections are in various locations on your computer's tower, in the back and sometimes in the front too.

I can't print, everything is hooked up but when I go into my computer & look at printer it says offline.

When you hooked it up, did you install the drivers BEFORE connecting it? That's a key difference these days, and can cause communication failure. I'd suggest backing up, unhook the device, uninstalling the drivers, reboot, reinstall the drivers and THEN hook up the device.

Most lexmark all in one printers require that the drivers be installed first before plugging it into the USB port. If you were moving it, their could have been a chance it didn't get placed back into the same port it was before the move. To solve this issue, either plug the printer into a different USB port or reinstall the printer. I would try option A first, you will know when its correct when A it prints and B you dont recieve a notice on the screen for a driver request.

Ghosts on my tv

if you can, try hooking up the tv to a different cable line in the house or bring a different tv into the room where the bad picture is [ you may have a bad connection or wire ] if this doesn't help, try rabbit ear antennas just to get a picture. if you still have ghosts on your tv, the problem is with your tv.if the picture is fine, there maybe a problem with your cable service.
hope this helps
