Question about SanDisk Sansa E280 MP3 Player

1 Answer

I have a SanDisk Sansa e280 and the sound does not come out of each of the ear buds unless I twist or hold the plug that fits into the MP3 player. It is obvious that there is a problem with the ear buds. The player was purchased at Future Shop on Feb. 02, 2008. How do I get a new earphones? Pleas advise. K. Nash knash1308@sympatico.ca

    Dear Srylie:
Thanks much for the solution to "go buy a new set of headphones". Now who would ever have thought of that!
I wonder what is covered in your warranty on an mp3 player that is tow months old?
Thought you might suggest I go and purchase an ipod.

I don't think there's any problem with the mp3 player... Go buy a new set of headphones at the store.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Sansa e280 no communication with my pc

simply put it into recovery mode. to do this plug it into your computer and push the hold button till the ornage is showing. next push and hold the record button as well as pushing and holding the power button. if you do this correctly it should free up the space. heres the forum link if your still confused. http://forums.sandisk.com/sansa/board?board.id=e200
