Thanks for using FixYa.

You have a very simple and common problem which always happens on flip phones. You currently have a bad flex cable (flexible cable) that connects to the LCD. The cable is cheap, around 3-5 bucks, but you'd probably pay around $50 for labor. Just bring your phone to a local cellphone repair shop and they should be able to easily fix your phone.

open the device and clean lcd connector and board with alcohol, wait 1 hours and then try, this will solve your problem, if problem persist that mean your lcd is damaged you need to change.

your screen has broken and LCD also has broken that's why your half screen is working and half is black. you have to change your screen and then use your phone again like before
