Depending on where you are in the country there are several places to find these. THere will be numbers on the side of the tire that you will need to write down. Atwoods, Sears, even some Home Depot, and Lowe's stores will carry these tires. If none of these are found, check a local lawn/outdoor sports company and I am sure they can get it for you. I do know that Sears can get these.

Have a good day!

How do I remove a valve stem from riding mower rim?

If your simply replacing it with a new one or installing an inner tube you take a sharp knife and cut back side off. Don't cut completely as you want to catch that piece before it falls inside the tire. Then you simple pull the stem breaking that piece off, catching the back piece as it falls.

If you wanting to put back in a new stem for tubeless use you need a t-shape valve core wrench. After you place the new stem in the hole you thread the tool on and pull the new stem into place.

How to Change a Flat Bicycle Tire

1) Begin by looking at your old bicycle tire, and find the dimesions of the tire on its side. Write down these dimesions, becuase you must then go buy a new innertube for the tire that is the same (or about the same) size. I suggest going to a bicycle store; at the one near me tires run about 5-10 dollars.

2) With this new innertube in hand, you can begin changing your bike tire. You must start by taking off the entire bike wheel. To do this you need a hexagonal-shaped wrench thingy that looks like this:

eedc40b.jpg
See the hexagonal wrenches on the left side? You're ging to need something like that to remove the wheel. If you don't already have one, you can get this one from here (Walmart.com), or you can look up 'bike tool' on Amazon or Ebay.

3) You then use this tool to remove two hexagonal bolts, one on either side of the wheel; shown here:

cda0701.jpg
Then use a flathead screwdriver or another falt object/tool to pop the outer tire off to expose the old innertube inside, like this:

4) Remove this old innertub, and put the new one around the wheel. It might seem a little big, but that's okay. Proceed by slipping the outer tire back on over the new innertube, using the same tool you got it off with.

5) Put the wheel back on the bike, screw the bolts back in, and inflate the tire to whatever PSI (Pounds per Square Inch) it says on the side of the tire.

6) You're bike is ready to ride again!

My 2002 Ford Windstar had tires replaced in August. When we got it back there was a wearing/grinding sound coming from the passenger front tire. We dismissed this as a new tire sound since we have not had...

if they are a real tire place they should know if you need brakes . the windstar are known for bad wheel bearing, and here again if they are a true shop they can tell if the whell bearing is bad . by shaking the tire up and down, it will give the same play as a bad ball joint

Need to take off back tire need a new tire and not

Put the bike up on the main stand. Remove the rear brake caliper assy. Loosen the rear axle and pull it out. Now pull out on the wheel, pull it away from the rear gear housing, the wheel will disengage a gear inside and then it is ready to pull out the back.

My tire blow up and all wires cut on half

You need a new tire. Go to a shop and buy a new tire cause you can't repair that. Also make sure you buy them in pairs. If it's on the front, buy two new front tires or back, two new back tires. Check on the side of the tire and check periodically to make sure the pressure is good. It says on the side what it should be, good luck!

Back tire changing on mongoose gravity games bike. How do you change the back tire in this bike? It is very hard and confusing. I don't know how to do it. I need help.

If you have pegs on the back you will need a deep socket to fit the nut and a socket extender and a socket wrench. with the wheel off it is just the same as changing any other bike tire. Just make sure you check the inside of the tire carefully for anything poking through that may puncture your new tube. Also check to see if you need a new tire and make sure you inflate the repaired tire to the correct pressure or you may get a pinch flat.

Problems with the back tires, just got new tires and after about 5000 miles it started making noise again. Mechanic said it was chiped due to light back end.

If you mechanic said it was " due to the light back end ", it can't be right.
Only 3 things can cause bad tire wear.
1. Over/under tire inflation
2. Shock/Strut worn out
3. Alignment is out

Two and Three would cause the "CHIP". I doubt they would design a car with a light back end because you can very easily loose control of the car in the rain. Basically called fishtailing.

Lexus ls430 2004 tire pressure indicator

Veve713:
You probably didn't need new tires unless you had some miles on it. Remember that the spare tire also has a pressure monitor as well. It most likely is causing the low tire pressure light on the dash and only needs to be inflated back to what ever your other tires are set to. I had the same problem on my RX and took it back to the dealership where they told me since the spare is exposed to the same elements (it's under the back of the RX - you have to use the tire iron to let the spare down), it will inevidably lose air.

Good luck.
