Did this all of a suddenly switch from being correct and then going upside down? I have heard of vibrations in the vehicle that these are mounted in to cause a break in the flex cable between the unit and the TFT screen. It is also a case where this unit could have been mounted upside down or right side up, there is a switch to control the vertical selection in the hinge mechanism. this need s to be checked out. Good Luck

flip switch is not working or stucked, a loose wire connected to this switch is also possible. you may open the unit and check for it. a pro fix is better.
