Blade not staying on tight

If you can pull the blade away from the clipper without pressing the blade release button then either the hook on the Latch is broken (which will mean all blades have the same problem) or the blade socket on the blade may need adjustment or replacement. Please view the part in question Latch

Craftsman LT2000 Blade is staying engaged all the time, just did a blade mandrel replacement, where does the spring for the blade control reattach? What would make the blades be in motion all the time?...

sounds like you may not have the right mandrels making the belt to tight and it cant be left loose enough to allow the blades to quit turning.Otherwise you didnt put the belt back on correctly if it is around the tightener pully the wrong way that to will make the belt to tight

My air conditioner tries to turn on, air comes out of vents but isn't cold, and outside the blades on the AC unit are not spinning. I hear a noise when it tries to turn on but they don't start...

Outdoor condensing fan motor has stopped running. This problem could be caused by a bad motor run capacitor. If your motor capacitor is not the problem, then more than likely you need a new motor. Is the fan blade tight, stiff or hard to turn? If the fan blade is hard to turn then you probably need a new motor

Have a husquvarna RB 150 and the belt that drives the cutter blades has come looose, how do i tighten

Normally there is no adjustment for a belt that drives the cutter assembly, the problem is the belt has stretched out and is no longer tight enough to engage the blade sufficintly, in which case it needs to be replaced. Hope This Helps Don

Blade width usage

Blade Width is important when purchasing a band saw. Most saws accept narrow 1/8" blades for cutting detailed designs and tight curves. Better saws also accept wider blades. Wide blades don’t flex as much as narrow ones, but they make accurate straight cuts in thick stock quicker. There are also some wide blades available that can cut metal.
