Let it start in safe mode, Once it boots up click Start/Programs/ and
look for the RUN prompt. It might be under the Accessories folder.
Once you get RUN to open type msconfig and press OK.
When the System Configuration window opens Click on the "Boot.ini" tab
at the top and make sure the /SAFEBOOT option is not selected. If it is,
remove the check mark then hit OK. Reboot and see if it goes to
I believe your SPAM SETTING IS TURN ON and when email detects as spam message. It goes directly to the SPAM INBOX and deleted immediately. Turn off the spam setting or do not set it as delete immediately. So that you can view all the messages coming.

Yes I can help. Take the screws out of where it pivots. There will be a cable that will unplug. Put new screen in and reassemble. The screws will be small phillips head. If you need more info goto the acer site and there will be a detailed disassembly manual there.
