Hello. If your clothes come out dripping water they are not properly spinning out. Unfortunately this is a difficult and expensive repair. If your machine is under warranty call for a free service, if not, and your machine is over 4 years old consider replacing it. the good news here, if there is any, is that the new machines are much more energy efficient and actually do pay for themselves in a couple of years. J.

It is a safety feature of the washer not to advance to the high speed spin cycle if the door lock is not activated or faulty to prevent injury should the door is opened accidentally. The common symptom of a faulty door lock mechanism is that the washer never advances to the high speed spin cycle. Instead, it continues to tumble after the wash cycle but never spins fast enough to squeeze out water from the clothes.

The drain pump is new and the drain hose is clear so the possibility of a drain problem can be eliminated. Check the door lock mechanism connections and make sure they are clean and snug fit. Replace the door lock mechanism if the connections are found good and snug fit. Please indicate the exact model number of the washer for more accurate troubleshooting and repair advice and exact replacement part numbers.

With the back of the machine removed, try and remove the 2 pipes connected to the pump. If either of the 2 pipes are blocked, it wont matter if the pump worked or not.(make sure power is out when working on machine.) Check firstly if the pipe direct from the drum to the motor is blocked. If so, remove blockage and reassemble. If not, check the other pipe going from the drain motor to the drain. Blow into it and see if it is clear. If both are clear then place a tester on the wire terminals and see if you get correct voltage.

My maytag oversize capacityplus quiet pack heavy-duty with lifetime tub will not drain the water on spin so i am left to ring out my laundry wat could possibly be wrong with it and how could i fixit

If the fault is not emptying the water out check the pump & also hoses for blockages. If the washer is pumping all the water out but not spinning fast enough, check belt tension & clutch.
If you have a drip dry switch check that it is turned off.

My washer will drip water back in the tub after complete washing is finished Why Help

If the water is dripping in from the area where it normally fills for a wash cycle, then you probably have a problem with the water valve. You can open them up to see if debris has made its way into the valve, but they normally are not real expensive and it may just be easier and less hassle to just replace the entire valve. Hope this helps!

When the washer finishes the spin cycle and I open it up to remove the cloths, the water continues to drip into the drum. What do I need to do to repair this problem.

It sound's like the water inlet valve is stuck open, it's located at the back of the washer, the cold and hot water hose's connect to it, you may need to replace it with a new one to fix the drip.

Water drips out of front door

There does obviously need to be water in the drum to wash or rinse the clothes, however it may be the water level is now higher than normal , check for any blockages and check any drain pump filter. If all o.k. it may be the door seal is leaking .If under g/tee call maytag for repair

Water drips after the wash cycle is complete

Check and see if the leaking is coming from the pump. There could be a leak in the hose that comes off the pump or there could be a leak in your pump. If there is a crack or anything on the pump then just replace it and your problem will be fixed. It's an easy and cheap fix. The pump is located right at the front of the washer on the front of the motor. Just make sure you clamp off the hoses with hose clamps before taking the pump off or you will have water every where. I hope this helps you and if you have any other questions feel free to ask. Good luck.

When washer finishes there is a dripping of water inside unit

What has happened is you have sand in your water valve from your water. This pluggs the water valve and also sticks it open so when the water valve shuts of there is still a small trickle of water coming through the washer. Replace the water and it will fix the problem (no way of cleaning the inside of the valve.) Replace water valve.

Duet Washer, clothes dripping wet

set it for a drain/spin cycle and watch it 12 min. doesit sound like the pump is kicking on???? if so is it removing water??? (you should hear it or see it exiting out hte drain hose.) next is it actually spinning at full speed by min 7 in the display it should start ramping up to the final full rpm spins, usually faults out if there a problem with unit itself, otherwise its a user end issue. you ARE usinf HE detergent right? not just a little less of regular soap! although it sounds good HE detergent actually designed for yuse qith the frontloading products, too much suds causes , no hide speed spin aas well as a SUD in the display
