Question about Logitech 9311570403 Mouse

Wireless mouse worked fine until I put in a new battery; not now

I have replaced the batteries in my wireless Logitech mouse regularly for several years. This time, I put in a new battery, but the mouse wouldn't work. Everything is attached properly. I tried several new batteries...no luck. Is there and "of/on" switch? Any other suggestions?

Maybe some internal component is broken. try to connect the mouse to another computer and see if it works. If not, you should replace it.

My wireless mouse just quit working. keyboard

These are built very cheaply even though you pay good money for them they are designed and built at a minimal cost. I had problems with mine and finally threw it away and I am an electronics technician but it wasn't worth fixing. For what it is worth I have been using an MI wireless mouse for over a year now and it has been working fine other than replacing batteries occasionally.

You need to 'reconnect' it. You didn't specify the exact model of your wireless mouse, but most types have a special 'connect' button on the receiver-box of the wireless mouse or on the bottom-side of the mouse itself. Just press this 'connect' button and you should be fine ...

I have a mini Logitech v320 cordless that had the same problem, until I realized that during installation of the new battery's you have to pay very close atttention to the orientation of the battery polarity.......ie, both batterys need to bee installed with the positive pole facing outward. This goes against almost any electronic device I have ever used, but once this was done my mouse worked fine. Hope this helps.
