SOURCE: Not draining

It has to be angled slightly toward the back to the pan under the bck coils and out to the outside, good clean water great for plants and pets.

SOURCE: my ge window air conditioner

Hi,
On many of the newer air conditioners they intentionally keep some water in there so that it splashes onto the condenser coil and helps to cool it....while this may work well it also creates more noise....so I often recommend to drill a drain hole in the back corner...jus drill down from the top...drilling up from the bottom is a great way to drill right through the coil....

There is a sensor that detects when the unit is iced up. IT sounds like the sensor is bad or the controller for it is bad.

I need to know where the recharging valve is on G.E. conditioner . Model # APE08AKM1

Hi,
Typically there is no access valve on window A/C units...
To gain access you must install one yourself...

Air Conditioner (RUUD model: UBHC-14J06NFD) is leaking water from bottom. It is causing a major puddle in Air Intake area.

The condensate drain line/pan is clogged causing the condensation to overflow the pan.

The easy way to fix that is attatch a powerfull wet/dry shop vac to the end of the drain line and such out whatever is causiing the clog. Also take off the panel to the evaporator coil and clean out the pan with the shop vac.

To double check that the clog has been removed, pour a gallon or two of water into the pan and ensure that it is draining properly.

When the ac unit is on the water comes in the house

The condensate drain line is clogged, causing the condensation water to overflow. You can use a shop vac to clear the line. attatch it to the outlet side of the line. also clean out the condensate drain pan located at the bottom of the indoor coil.

Drain hose in floor drain but fills up water bucket

wow, that's a weird one there. just to check, you did turn thr drain connection all the way down and remove the cap? nothing inside the drain connector? the hose is not too small or run too far? is the water coming out of the hose and in to the bucket at the same time if it is I would think ther is an internal leak somewhere and take it back for an exchange if new. good luck let me know if this wasn't any help for ya

How does condesate water drain out of the ge aem25dm a/c? is there any drain lines to hook up under the ac?

It drains from a formed tray on the evaporator side of the AC. Now if the drain is blocked or the AC or the air conditioner is not tilted slightly down on the outside the water will pool up in the front cold side evaporator tray. If all of those that I explained are ok then unplug the AC and remove it from the housing cover and clean the drain being careful not to get the electric fan motor windings wet as this will cause them to short out when turned back on. If you need further assistance let me know, Thanks, Sea breeze
