Re: BROKEN IN TROBLE
Hi Jasmine - Let me know if it says RC32 in the top left of your remote. If so, just to the right of that, there is a switch that slides left and right. This chooses which device you are currently controlling with your remote. To control your Directv, just slide the switch all the way to the left. You probably have the switch slid all the way to the right. This for the TV. The two in the middle are for other devices. If this solves your problem PLEASE rate this as fixed. If you need more help just a comment and I'll be happy to assist you further. Thanks and have a good day.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

Try changing to a lower screen resolution size first. For some people, this works and forces Yahoo to ask you if you want to revert back to Mail Classic. This fix does not work for everyone though, but do try it.
If this doesn't work, go to the help pages and contact Yahoo through there. I've previously sent people instructions on how to contact Yahoo to restore Mail Classic, but I've found out recently that Yahoo is extremely slow in responding through that avenue, sometimes they don't even respond.
Yahoo requires written authorization to restore your Mail Classic, so when you do contact them, you need to tell them that you do want it restored.
They also want feedback, they want to know why you're wanting to change back so they can better improve the new version.
The new version is full of bugs, I've responded to hundreds of people wanting to change back.
Yahoo really doesn't want users to switch back, and that's why you've been told to contact them directly.
If I was the one to give you the instructions, then you simply didn't wait, as I said it does take time.
I got the instructions from Yahoo directly after emailing back and forth several times. I was tired of not being able to provide solutions to people here who were complaining about the new version.
It took them almost a week to respond to my first email through the Yahoo site, they are overloaded with these complaints and it does take time to respond to them.
I have already sent you the instructions, if you haven't emailed Yahoo and followed them, I suggest that you do. The sooner you do, the sooner you can have your account restored to Yahoo Mail Classic.

I had a Sony remote that got dropped. Looked inside and found the circuit board broken. The ideal solution is to by a direct replacement--expensive. I had an amplifier remote with learning and lots of buttons. The cheapest ($10-$15) is to buy a universal remote, hopefully with a learning function in case you need to get more that just the numbers, volume, mute, and up/down. They may not know how to change source, TV/VCR, menu, etc. Most will know how to do Sony while many will not know off brands.
If it is a direct tv remote they will replace it for a minimal charge. If it is a remote from the tv, the manafacturer will replace it within a year and if you bought an extended warrantyfrom a store most will replace it free of charge. Except circuit city. They wont help you not one bit
